Founding 100 terms
These terms explain exactly what you get when you buy a B.L.D. Founding 100 spot. In short: you prepay $200 and receive $300 of meal credit when we start delivering.
1. What you're buying
A Founding 100 spot costs $200 (USD). It gives you $300 of B.L.D. meal credit, which you can use on any B.L.D. packs and calorie levels once we begin delivering, plus the founder perks listed on our page. Founder perks are a thank-you, not part of your meal credit, and have no cash value. We may update them over time, and will give founders notice of any change.
2. Not an investment
A Founding 100 spot is a prepayment for food. It does not give you ownership, equity, shares, profit share, voting rights in the company or any financial return.
3. Launch and refunds
- We're targeting first deliveries in June 2027.
- If we haven't started delivering by September 30, 2027, we'll refund your full $200 to your original payment method.
- Before we start delivering, you may request a full refund at any time by emailing build@bldbdy.com.
- Once delivery begins, unused credit can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.
4. Using your credit
- Your $300 credit is loaded to your B.L.D. account when we begin delivering.
- Credit can be used for 12 months from our first delivery date.
- Credit is applied at the prices in effect when you order. Prices shown on our page are planned launch prices.
- Credit is for food and delivery orders. It isn't redeemable for cash and can be transferred to another person only with our approval.
5. Limits
The offer is capped at 100 spots and closes when they're sold. Service is limited to our Houston-area pickup and delivery zones. If you move outside our zones before launch, you can request a refund.
6. Allergens and health
Every meal is labeled with ingredients and allergens. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can't guarantee any meal is allergen-free. Calorie levels are general guidance, not medical advice.
